Job Summary
As an ERP Consultant specializing in industry, you play a key role in the success of client projects. You're involved at every stage: diagnosis, scoping, deployment, and change management. You bring your expertise to transform business challenges into concrete, effective solutions.
Position challenges
- Supporting industrial companies in their digital transformation.
- Ensure the success of ERP projects while respecting deadlines, budgets and customer expectations.
- Be a driving force for proposals on best practices and sector innovations.
- Contribute to the development of internal teams' skills and the development of consulting offers.
Main missions
- Conduct audits and make strategic recommendations.
- Frame business and functional needs, respecting the issues.
- Lead workshops with business and IT teams.
- Contribute to ERP implementation (gathering needs, modeling, deliverables, training, change management).
- Manage deployment (scope, planning, budget).
- Contribute to pre-sales and offer development.
- Supervise junior consultants.
Activities and tasks
- Business process analysis.
- Writing functional specifications.
- Project monitoring and reporting.
- Testing, acceptance testing, post-deployment support.
- Animation of user training.
Job profile
Training
Bac +5 (engineering school, business school or university equivalent).
Professional experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience on ERP projects in industrial environments (France and international).
- Knowledge of good industrial practices (automotive sector appreciated).
Personal skills
- Leadership, autonomy, rigor, team spirit.
- Excellent listening, analytical and communication skills.
- Sense of customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
Required business and technical skills
- Proficiency in one or more ERPs (Sage X3, Sylob, etc.).
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint), CRM/BI appreciated.
- Proficiency in development tools (WINDEV or other) would be appreciated.
